We help with enquiries, availability, booking confirmation, and support during stays. The actual accommodation is provided by the relevant property owner or manager under their own terms and applicable law.

3. Use of the website

You must use our website and services lawfully and in good faith. You may not use them to make false bookings, harass others, or breach any applicable law. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or our policies.

4. Bookings and payments
